Exchange/Refund
No exchange of goods, only if we delivered wrong item.
Any Exchange / Refund case(s) must be made known to us through email within 2 days upon issuing of products by us.
Full refund will be carried out if exchange is not possible due to products not being in stock, however, it will be based on a case-to-case situation.
No refund if goods are damaged during posting.
Customers have to bear responsible for the possibility of goods loss.
If the item ordered is OutOfStock, we'll inform you ASAP & give you full refund for that item.
Please be informed that customers have to bear all shipping costs in sending and returning of products.
We regret no cash refund is allowed.

Cancellation
Cancellation of orders can only be made before payment is made.
Therefore, any request of cancelling/refunding will not be entertained :)

Due to the elasticity of the product’s fabric, the measurements provided may have a variable of +/- 2-3cm.

Delivery
Delivery is strictly within Singapore only.
We will not be responsible for item that lost in normal postage.
Hence, we highly recommend registering your parcels as we will not be liable for lost, damaged or missing content during the transit.
Local postage:
$1.50 for normal mail and
$3.50 for registered mail.
Please take note that postage charges varies according to the weight of your product(s).

Meet-up Collection
Meetup collection can be arranged @ our convenience only.
Charges for meetup collection:
1 item: SGD 2.00
2 items: SGD 1.50
3 items-5 item: free
*Maximium 5 items{depending of size/weight of items}

We will not wait more than 15 mins.

If you buy 3 or more, will be $1 per item .
